**Job Description**:
The Global Finance Continuous Improvement Administrator provides administrative support to ensure that the process documentation across Finance process in each region and globally are maintained and accessible in order to meet the requirements of ICFR (UK SOX).
**What you'll be doing?
**
- Quality control and loading of process maps and metadata files to Blueworks system.
- Complete reconciliation checks of uploaded documentation/ information and address any errors.
- Ensure that all process documentation is periodically and systematically reviewed to ensure it is up to date.
- Respond to process operational owners requests to make updates to the saved process documentation.
- Set up, maintain and share regular and relevant reporting on the progress of the process documentation.
- Communicate any updates to relevant parties who are impacted by process changes, including the Financial Controls Team.
- Timely and accurate response to requests for specific saved process documentation.
- Support the ICFR documentation programme and other EmPower initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for other Continuous Improvement activities, initiatives and projects as required.
**Qualifications**:
**What you'll bring?
**
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative roles as a Business Analyst - process mapping specifically using a variety of systems.
- Previous experience of process mapping and use of Visio (process mapping tool).
- Experience working with input and referencing systems (ideally BlueWorks).
- Working with multifunctional and multicultural teams / users, as well as remote stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Strong coordination and planning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Work independently and autonomously, whilst effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Innovative - able to come up with new ways of working to solve new requirements or drive efficiency.
