This business operations role oversees day-to-day operations of the team and interfaces with management, other operations managers and corporate departments (HR, Finance) to support and facilitate the below key responsibilities:
- Facilitate team staff and broader organization meetings critical to aligning the team and executing overall org objectives.
- Plan and coordinate initiatives and processes to better ensure delivery to goals.
- Partner with Finance and engage budget owners to ensure financial discipline and execution.
- Implement continuous improvement efforts in pursuit of Operational
- Excellence (OpX) inclusive of developing compliant and efficient business operations, defining cost reduction. opportunities, and establishing disciplined, consistent processes to run the business.
- Manage and monitor hiring requests and open requisitions ensuring alignment to POR.
- Lead quarterly sessions to define objectives and key results and facilitate annual planning process to refine strategies and determine budget requests.
- Leverage internal and external content for on-going team development.
- Keep pulse on employee engagement and organization health and develop recommendations to close any gaps.
- Facilitate onboarding of new functional leaders to ensure successful integration into the organizational culture and processes.
- Prepare organization communications.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with over 4+ years of industry experience; or a master's in the same field with 2+ years of industry experience or equivalent years' experience in Business Operations, STEM, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Advanced English level.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of experience in communicating across organizations and levels, including developing and delivering data analysis or presentations to large groups and to senior leaders
- 4+ years of experience working with business data and with Microsoft office products - especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint/Wiki, Power BI
- 4+ years of experience or knowledge with:
- Intel Sales and Marketing transformation strategy
- Project Management certification
- Lean and Agile methodology expertise
- Intel Finance budget processes and tools
