**What success looks like in this role**:

- Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting on real estate KPIs, including but not limited to occupancy, carbon footprint, portfolio characteristics, demographics, etc. Create executive summaries from reporting outputs.
- Analyze complex business issues using data from internal and external sources to provide actionable insight to decision makers.
- Knowledge of real estate technology and its ability to improve work processes and results (e.g., enhance productivity, efficiency, collaboration, quality, or customer satisfaction). Use technology to solve work-related problems, find new methods to enhance results, and create new business opportunities.
- Provide operational support for corporate real estate tool set, which currently includes CoStar (for lease administration), Serraview (for occupancy), Engage (for seat reservations), Famis 360 (for work ticket tracking), Lenel (for badge swipes), Regus app (for on demand spaces), Power BI dashboards. This may include:

- Conducting system / data audits to identify and correct errors in accordance with data governance guidelines.
- Participating in testing of new modules / functionality and facilitating rollout for change.
- Working on real estate system-related process improvements, monitoring progress and regularly reporting on project status.
- Interacting with development team to provide SME for real estate topics.
- Translate operational requirements into technical specifications for software enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. Ensuring mínimal disruption to operations is crucial, and effective communication between business stakeholders and developers is essential.
- Ensure site actions are accurately reflected in all platforms (lease admin, occupancy, SharePoint, HR system, dashboards, etc.)
- Provide operational support for Business Continuity tools, which may include notification system and threat monitoring system.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Advanced English.
- Requires 3-5 years' experience in business support function in a fast-paced environment, dealing with moderately complex issues and managing conflicting priorities.
- Undergraduate degree. Other professional related training and development to keep skills current. Prefer degree in Management Information systems, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Willingness to work until noon US eastern time.
- Understanding of the processes, policies and procedures required for supporting real estate business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Critical thinking.
- Ability to organize high complexity and high-volume business information and develop it into cohesive, professional reports and presentations, with little guidance and ability to recognize and respond to business related issues within the scope of the material.
- Ability to analyze relevant alternatives and create a rational recommendation to support business decision-making. Ability to plan and coordinate implementation of the selected alternative.
- Detail oriented, extremely well organized, and able to manage time and multi-task to accomplish a multitude of tasks, with conflicting priorities and timelines.
- High level skills in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivots tables, large data sets, etc.)
- Experience with CoStar, Serraview, Engage, Famis 360, Lenel, Workday, and Regus is a plus.
- Good project management skills to coordinate and lead a variety of initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to deal with coworkers in a professional and courteous manner, and to develop and leverage professional working relationships.
- Ability to leverage knowledge of the organization and real estate uniqueness, to carry out accountabilities.
- Ability to work both independently, as well as to act in a leadership role to building a cohesive team.
- Ability to deal with confidential materials in an appropriate manner.
