- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably as a Data Analyst
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel

We are looking for a highly motivated Self-Service Business Operational Analyst who is passionate about working with data to help identify advertisers who can benefit from Creative Specialist support, while also producing timely operational reports to quantify the Creative Specialist team's effort and impact.

- Develop expertise in topics related creative rejections by working extensively with the Creative Rejection Search & Rescue Team
- Work with the Business Intelligence, Moderation, Salesforce & other internal teams to source data for analysis
- Utilize data-driven & metrics-based analysis to identify advertisers for support and manage the advertiser and creative specialist pipelines to ensure that support capacity is optimally utilized
- Deliver monthly, quarterly (and ad-hoc) reports that quantify the level of operations effort and the advertiser impact
A day in the life
