**Responsibilities & Expectations**
**Data Analytics**
- Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports
- Locating and fixing errors in reports
- Training others on how to use and create reports
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Normalizing the data, standardizing the data, and validating it so that it can be used for generating reports and visualizations.
**SharePoint**
- Proactively support internal knowledge management, processes, and SharePoint activities for the Legal function
- Support the administration, development, and maintenance of the Legal SharePoint sites.
**System Administration**
- Provide support and proactively resolve issues and troubleshooting to system users
- Identify and escalate where there are issues and delays; facilitate the prioritization of backlogged requests where needed; assess the performance of delivered work
- Work with support resources to ensure that all related systems are monitored and performing as expected.
Escalated where needed.
**Training**
- Coordinates or performs administrative functions necessary to publish and deliver training programs
- Designs and develops training templates for programs and workshops; assists function leaders in designing and formatting materials.
**Day-to-Day**
- Performs various operational, clerical, and/or administrative support tasks as assigned
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
**Drive Positive Change**
- Pro-actively and independently resolve complex challenges where precedent may not exist
- Analytically identify and advance strategic improvement opportunities
- Provide general support to the global Legal Operations team.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 2+ years of professional experience related to:
- Business analytics, data and reporting
- Systems administration
- Customer support
- Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Power BI and Excel
- English level B2
- Creative entrepreneurial mind, consistently looking for ways to improve / enhance processes, find efficiencies, "outside the box" thinking
**Preferred qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in IT or Business Administration.
- Visa B1/B2 ( ability to Travel < 10%)
