**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years relevant experience

- Extensive project management and strategic analysis experience.
- Interest and experience in the financial services industry, in particular in the areas of technology and data mining.

**Business Office Sr Analyst (EO&T COO)**
As part of **EO&T's Chief Operating Office**, this role will drive initiatives aimed to develop a centralized Chief of Staff (CoS) organization, providing a consistent and standard way of operating, monitoring and running the organization. Responsibilities will include operational budgets, managing staffing plans, driving the communication agenda, policies, and procedures, support the training and development standards, managing risk and control, supporting the onboarding of 3rd party suppliers, the ongoing management of third party risk requirements and executing space planning strategy. This position will assist with development, execution and tracking of key strategic goals of the organization. Advanced experience in analytics, financials, and Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and the ability to turn data into information) is required for this role. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
