Citi's **Chief Operations Office** is comprised of O&T Risk and Control, the Resource Management Organization, Enterprise Resiliency, Global Program Management Office, Chief Information Officer Council Governance, Enterprise Tools & Reporting, Risk and Control and the Chiefs of Staff teams.
The Chief Operations Office organization develops and executes Enterprise Operations & Technology strategic and operational plans, as well as provides central coordination of all business office functions.
The COO Business Office provides support across the COO teams with Workforce Management, Productivity & Financial Tracking, Data Analysis, Reporting, and Process Improvement activities to deliver on EO&T strategic and operational priorities including helping to manage the overall operational budget and communication efforts, while ensuring that policies and strategic metrics are enforced.
The COO Business Office also coordinates across EO&T and external businesses, such as GCB, ICG, HR and Finance and other Chief of Staff offices throughout the organization.
COO Business Office Analyst
The COO Business Office Analyst will be part of the COO Business Office team providing support across the COO teams with Workforce Management, Productivity & Financial Tracking, Data Analysis, Reporting, and Process Improvement activities.
The role will collaborate with COO leadership team members and staff, regional and global Finance partners, HR, and members of the wider COS community across EO&T.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Develop and manage key business processes such as financial management, asset management, headcount & resource management, expense, and recoveries management as it relates to COO Technology expenditures
- Help facilitate workforce management including headcount analysis and forecasting (employees and 3rd party non-employees), composition of 3rd party managed services, resource locations strategy (in alignment to enterprise objectives), workforce real-estate forecasts, and actively manage impact of organizational changes
- Prepare and publish ad-hoc reports, metrics, presentations, and internal communications as required
- Assist with managing to plans/targets, identifying risk and providing transparency in reporting
- Provide in-depth analysis and critical thinking by defining problems, developing creative solutions and making recommendations that influence decisions of key business partners
- Constantly review documentation and suggest improvements or more efficient ways to carry out reporting & analytics activities through an innovative and proactive approach to optimizing processes
- Manage regular or ad hoc requests in terms of liaison with functional partners, tracking and reporting progress frequently
- Complete all tasks in connection with the organization's activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct or matrix managers
- Liaison with technology partners to ensure financial and headcount targets are met and provide variance explanation where needed
- Liaison with financial controllers to ensure technology capitalization and accrual process activities are addressed in a timely manner
- Champion partnership & collaboration with team, so as to drive excellent results
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in related areas
- Advanced English level
- Analytic skills including trend analysis and data quality validation methodologies; ability to package analyzed data in graphics with insightful commentary to engage senior leadership
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge required, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Strong executive-level communication skills, both in writing and verbally
