(TEMPORARY POSITION)

**Key responsibilities**
Requirements Gathering - Understanding multiple stakeholder's business across the
Americas Logistics network and translate requirements into well designed data solutions.
- understand formats, such as diagrams, graphs, and data trends.
Data Collection - Ensure data is gathered, cleansed, stored, and accessible to support the
operation.
Implementation and Business Adaption - Assure solutions are tested, maintained, and
adopted across the Americas Logistic network.

**Key qualifications**
Demonstrable data analysis and data mining skills (SQL, Tableau Prep, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, etc.)
HS Diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant experience with Logistics or Supply Chain or
AA/AS with 8+ years of relevant experience or BA/BS with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong Analytical capability required - ability to observe patterns and trends in data,
determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis.
Ability to effectively manage projects - timelines, stakeholders, and risks; and to translate
business needs into technical solutions.
Previous experience with SAP preferred.
Prior experience with Python or R preferred.
Familiarity with agile methodology preferred.
