Job Purpose:At TD SYNNEX- Shyft Global Services a business Intelligence Analyst supports and develops regular reporting and analytics to a specific functional area or department that helps to drive operational business performance.
Helps identify and execute changes and enhancements to existing reports and or dashboards.
Prepares and analyzes ad hoc reports and provides summaries of data as well as recommendations to senior leadership.
Works on special projects as directed.Responsibilities:>3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required.Education and Certification: Bachelor's Degree Administration, Industrial Engineer, Economics, or related fieldRequired Education: Certification or Specialization in Business Intelligence or related fieldAble to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.Able to use common office equipment.Possesses strong data entry skills.Partner with the business to develop and execute the data, tools, reporting and or analysis needed to deliver solutions in support of business needs that help drive operational business performanceReviews data and identifies issues or conclusions to report to senior peers and help drive the solutionsMaintains, dashboards, reports and system applications, including minor changes, enhancements, ad hoc reports and or analysis to support management and stakeholdersEnhance operational business performance by applying knowledge of analytical skills based on previously identified improvement opportunities for issues and changesAble to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.Working Conditions:Remote / Work-from-home.Professional, office environment.Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.TD SYNNEX Statements:TD SYNNEX- Shyft Global Services is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
