**About this opportunity**
This position is responsible to support the process tracking and process improvements at Treat operations.
Work with appropriate Quality, Process, Clinical Staff, Customer Representatives, Supervisory Staff, and Technicians to identify issues that need corrective action, and working with appropriate staff to investigate root causes, assign corrective actions, and monitor for improvements.
Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system-reporting tools.
**In this role, you will**
**Responsibilities**:
- Participates or initiates the testing process and discusses test results with other developers to alter or modify current features and specifications.
- Perform regular analysis on all process activities and collaborate with the development team to resolve all pertinent issues.
- Other duties related to Business Intelligence Analyst as assigned.
**In this role, you'll need **
**Typically**:
- Requires a Bachelor Degree.
- May have a Masters Degree with 0-12 months of experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced to expert Microsoft Office knowledge (Sharepoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Excel).
- Debugging/troubleshooting.
- Data warehouse design.
- Programming Languages are a plus (C#, C++, VB.NET, Excel VBA, etc.).
- SCRUM fundamentals.
