**Summary** **of** **Position**:
**We are seeking an experienced **Business Intelligence **Analyst **who is a self-starter and **has **a **passion for uncovering data-driven **insights to join **our **rapidly growing **Orthodontics business **(which **includes **our **clear **aligner brand, **ClearCorrect). **As a **core **member of the Global Marketing & Education team, you will be responsible for using data **visualization **tools and **data **science to uncover and share key business insights throughout the organization and up to executive **leadership **to **help **drive **strategy.**:

**Essential **functions **and** duties**

- Create and maintain performance dashboards and interactive visual reports
- Complete analytic requests to support tactical and strategic business needs
- Communicate analysis and findings clearly to senior leaders and non-technical audiences
- Make recommendations for new data visualizations to measure business & programs
- Identify key performance indicators (KPls) with clear objectives and consistently monitor productivity
- Engage team on how to utilize data visualization metrics, knowledge, and how efforts can be leveraged for decision-making
- Continuously collect business intelligence through sales force contact, customer visits, attending key congresses and meetings, joining earnings calls, reading analyst reports, and conducting primary and secondary market research
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Qualifications**

- Recent Graduate, 1+ years of work experience in Bl, data science, data engineering, or similar preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Power Bl, Tableau or DOMO
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (advanced skills preferred)
- Knowledge of the principles, processes, and standards for financial modeling
- Experience leveraging personal, primary, and syndicated research to provide market insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects
- Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner
- Self-starter who needs mínimal supervision and able to effectively manage through ambiguity
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
