As **Business Human Resources Manager**, you will be responsible for HR results in the business, including client satisfaction, HR effectiveness and associated financial results. Responsible for development, administration, communication and enforcement of policies and programs covering all disciplines of Human Resources. Partner with Management to implement human resources programs, resolve employee relations issues and interpret policies.

**What You'll Work On**
- Broad knowledge in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits and learning & development.
- Develop proposals and recommendations to resolve strategically important issues affecting the business.
- Prioritize critical projects based on business need and available resources.
- Manage and leverage human resources within scope of delivered project services while supporting the business.
- Responsible for the diagnosis, development and delivery of HR strategies, programs and services that influence and drive the needs of the division.
- Ensure strategies incorporated are consistent with divisional/corporate values, sound and ethical business practices and Abbott HR practices and support the long-range businesses plan.
- Individually and through the generalist team, assists management with employee relations issues including but not limited to policy interpretation, discipline, and performance coaching.
- Assist/advise/influence managers with HR related issues including compensation discussions, policy interpretation.
- Lead and implementation of Performance Reviews, succession planning, high potential talent reviews and workforce planning process.
- Supervise and provide work direction to both NE and EX HR employees.
- Assess training needs, design & developed training programs.
- Facilitate the development of departmental goals and objectives and the periodic HR goal attainment assessment within the CR plant.
- Participates in the annual HR budgeting process and manages to applicable budgets in his/her area.
- Other work as assigned, including but not limited to managing and developing corporate HR initiatives as assigned by the HR Director.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required Human Resources or related discipline.
- 7+ years' experience in a variety of HR discipline functions with at least five plus year's management experience.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Prior experience in a recruiting/interviewing role in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be computer literate and able to use MS products (Word, Excel) with little training.
- Experience consulting on a wide variety of employee relations situations.
- Advance command of English required.

**_ Preferred Qualifications_**_ & _**_Education _**
- Familiarity with HRIS /Payroll systems, Workday.
- Knowledge of benefit and compensation plans is preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.
