About the Role Join TD SYNNEX as a Business Development Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, supporting partner enablement activities, and managing vendor pipelines.
In this entry-level position, you will develop expertise in our products and programs while building and maintaining strong customer connections and identifying new business opportunities.What You'll Do Maintain and build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.Support partner enablement activities and work closely with internal teams to achieve vendor-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.Develop in-depth knowledge of vendor products, programs, and industry trends.Track and manage the vendor pipeline, including identifying and qualifying leads, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.Participate actively in the sales team customer account planning and review process.Build customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX's product portfolio.May attend industry-specific business training from vendors.What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, including the ability to make formal presentations.Experience in Customer ServiceProficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and basic office skills.Basic understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.Willingness to travel as needed.Ability to follow instructions, operate common office equipment, and perform accurate data entry.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals.Strong organizational skills and efficient time management.Adaptability to change and ability to perform under pressure.Commitment to upholding social, ethical, and organizational standards, with a focus on confidentiality.Skilled multitasker with strong relationship-building and empathy.Comfortable with prolonged phone use and extended periods of immobility, standing, or walking.Quick learner with proficiency in new systems and technology.Working ConditionsProfessional environment (Hybrid).Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.What's In It For You?Elective Benefits: Our programs are tailored to your country to best accommodate your lifestyle.Grow Your Career: Accelerate your path to success (and keep up with the future) with formal programs on leadership and professional development, and many more on-demand courses.Elevate Your Personal Well-Being: Boost your financial, physical, and mental well-being through seminars, events, and our global Life Empowerment Assistance Program.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: It's not just a phrase to us; valuing every voice is how we succeed.
