Role/Responsibilities-
Employment or industry experience in commercial real estate and an understanding of CRE technology and research data platforms preferred.
**Responsibilities**:
- Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
- Raise inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines and follow up until resolved in a timely fashion
- Exhibit a courteous and empathetic demeanor to all customers
- Deploy a consultative approach to solution sales
- Educate customers and prospects on platform utility and navigation
- Grow existing customer accounts through web and in-office training and sales presentations
- Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined
- Attend company sponsored conference calls
- Conduct web-based training sessions and sales webinars quarterly, or more frequently as needed
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelors degree/MBA (or equivalent), preferably in an economics, finance, math/statistics/accounting, or real estate discipline would be desirable
- 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience in a SAAS or commercial real estate environment
- Experience working within a proactive direct sales environment emphasizing inbound and outbound calls and customer retention
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a self-starter, high volume role
- Proven track record to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently- For San Francisco positions, qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

- For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $90,800 to $151,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
This range is based on a full-time position.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
