The Area Sales Manager is responsible for delivering order bookings and growth across a defined geography. The Area Manager works on opportunities directly and leads all aspects of third-party agents or distributors in their geography to drive growth. To be successful, the area manager must be committed to growing the opportunity funnel, acquiring new customers, using resources in a matrixed environment, driving meaningful metric based improvement, and enhancing Branson's reach.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Drive orders growth within the defined region and leveraging 3rd party partners to improve reach.
- Ensure we are collecting above-market growth with a driven focus on existing customers, acquiring new customers, and price realization.
- Forecast orders performance successfully for the month and quarter based on CRM opportunity funnel, run rates, and team feedback
- Supervise critical relevant metrics across the area and actively handle and mentor 3rd party reps.
- Maintain existing customer base with a high level of happiness, expand potential at current customers and collect new business through prospecting & target accounts.
- Displace competition in target accounts and grow market participation.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or the equivalent training and experience equal to 2 years of industrial management.
- Validated experience in business, preferably in a business-to-business environment and in the industrial/manufacturing market.
- Technical knowledge in electrical or mechanical industries.
