Our Client, a Global Company based in 11 countries is starting an innovative development program to enhance business and leadership skills so you are prepared to tackle tomorrow's challenges.
The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the firm's presence in the commercial real estate market across Costa Rica, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful business development.
Location: San José, Costa Rica Sector: Real State Personnel in charge: Yes Functions Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and performance.Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their business development skills.
Requirements Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Some specific specialties (master's degree/certification): Real State, Fluency in English Minimum experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the commercial real estate industry.
Valuable: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Skills Key Competencies: Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
Client Focus: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate deals and close sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the commercial real estate market and industry trends.
