**Job Description**:
- As Business Controller you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world.

- Main responsibilities in this role
- Ensure the accuracy of the Business Groups financial Statements (BPC & legacy), Balance Sheet, in Compliance with our Financial Standards, in Mexico.
- Understand current business with a close interaction with Business Finance.
- Optimize and standardize key processes, looking forward improvements on process to gain effectiveness.
- Lead change mindset providing leadership through organizational, process and systems transitions.
- Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in finance/ accounting, and minimum 5-year work experience
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence within Business Controllers team, Business Finance and RTR teams.
- Process end to end improvement mindset, Lean Six Sigma or other improvement process methodology knowledge is valuable.
- Ability to prioritize and execute with sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical skills
- Teamwork skills
- Advanced user of Excel & queries extraction
- Advanced written/spoken English.
