The Business Consulting team provides pre-sale support by estimating and designing promotional campaigns that incentivize consumer point-of-purchase decisions for Catalina's customers.
This team partners with Sales to identify insights that highlight customer business opportunities and align to client objectives, develops estimates based on best practices and historical learnings, and analyzes data to design optimal programming.
This position is considered a "Position of Trust", in accordance to local legislation.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to sales team by designing marketing promotional campaigns and creating program design estimates for new and existing clients.
- Manage timelines, prioritize critical path work, and ensure tasks are completed and moving per plan and according to deadlines
- Lead the creation of campaign designs across clients of varying size, budget, digital fluency, and strategy
- Partner with Sales Leads to identify opportunities for campaign and/or account growth and success
- Pull and analyze data in our proprietary systems to align insights with client objectives and campaign recommendations
- Create and manage varying sets of targeting lists (insights, estimation, execution, and measurement)
- Consult and strategize with internal partners to optimize campaign designs for cost efficiencies and to achieve client KPIs
- Work as the liaison to finalize campaign details and assist with gather all needed launch assets
- Manage workflow collaboration across teams to ensure campaign is on track, executed flawlessly and completed on time
- Communicate campaign status via collaboration tools to multiple stakeholders (Sales, Media Services, and Analytics)
- Assist with final results presentations; compile results data, place in client-facing format, identify key learnings, provide recommendations and/or ideas for optimizing future campaigns based on results, supporting insights, and brand objectives
- Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns as needed
- Assist with client billing and monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting in SalesForce

**Qualifications**:

- College degree required; marketing, advertising, communications, economics or business degrees preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years Catalina experience in Delivery, Analytics or Customer Success required or 3 years industry experience in Customer Success, Brand Insights, Promotions, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing or Campaign Management
- 1 year of experience with exposure to digital media buying RTB and Programmatic experience/knowledge is a plus
- Marketing background and understanding of marketing frameworks and tools preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; data analysis, brand management
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, focus on results, multitask in a fast-paced, team environment, creatively overcome obstacles, work in teams and be flexible
- Customer mindset with a focus on customer orientation; responsiveness; building external and internal partnerships, handling difficult situations, and does not sacrifice overall quality to satisfy the customer in the short-term
- Effective time management skills, demonstrating an ability to prioritize and meet concurrent deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including active listening, assertiveness, and persuasion; presentation skills required
