The Senior Business Analyst implements new processes and system changes to stand up new operational activities that support the Worldwide Partner Operations & Data Services Team.
He/She will re-engineer and transform existing processes to drive efficiencies and scale.
We are looking for an experimented Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Bulgaria and help us achieve best-in-class operations.
The Senior Business Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution and break the silos.
He/She needs the ability to think strategically while also working together with multiple global teams and take decisions together for proper execution.
This role is focused on the Worldwide Partner Operations team and will ensure that business needs are being prioritized, drive projects end to end, actively participate in testing, train the team members in process changes, and support post-go-live communication and changes.
The individual for this role must have a track record of business and operations process re-engineering and strong experience in both technical and programmatic deployments, excellent oral and written communication skills, and experience in documentation and project management process methodologies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the implementation of the project end to end that includes but not limited to:
- Prioritize tasks, provide training, manage workloads, enable process improvement, gather feedback, identify data requirements, and detect possible project roadblocks/constraints.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues and understand the business and data challenges.
- Drive the requirements of the process necessary to support the project and the enhancements to the infrastructure that is built.
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with key stakeholders of Order Management, Legal & Compliance Team, and finance for the purpose of reviewing project progress as well as identifying upstream and downstream impacts of process change.
- Accountable for system testing, process/project management, and document control.
- Understand sales processes well enough to provide a quality assurance check of program automation system deliverables and a point of view of best practices and solutions across functions.
- Advocate and drive the adoption of "best practices" to ensure standardization across operational functions.
- Train Global Partner Operations on process change and new processes implemented.
- Explore opportunities to add value to optimize the transaction process.
- Provide support on post-go live communications.
**Requirements**:
- 5 - 7 years' experience working in a complex and high-risk change environment with multiple stakeholders and securing their engagement to deliver change.
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing procedures and projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in matrix environments using formal and informal networking skills.
Strong and open communicator - shares ideas and experiences, and actively involves people.
- Demonstrated experience to facilitate, influence, and leading projects, manage stakeholder relationships and drive discussions remotely and over the phone.
- Excellent task prioritization, escalation management, and planning skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work within stringent deadlines
- Must be highly motivated and flexible to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Excel, Blue Works Live, and PowerPoint skills
- BS Required.
