**We also need someone who will**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain open communications and relationships with key Business Leaders, Internal customers, and External Partners/Vendors. As an authority in your area, you will demonstrate knowledge of Moody's processes and conduct basic training as needed.
- Resolve a wide range of issues and incidents.
- Maintain and supervise existing systems, processes, and jobs.
- Build and update operational procedures and documentation.
- Provide functional and technical mentorship to other team members.
- Implementation of process improvements and system enhancements of varying levels of complexity to meet customer and business needs is a key requirement of a Business Analyst. We need someone who will:
- Analyze and document current business rules, accrual rules and time off workflows and find areas for improvement.
- Lead in the design of appropriate process modifications.
- Plan and conduct system testing to ensure modifications meet internal client specifications.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation and implement required changes going forward.
- Develop test strategy, test scripts, and perform execution of testing.
- Assist with data conversions and validations.
- Develop implementation plans and validate changes to production.
**Required Qualifications include**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field preferred.
- SAP Certification in SuccessFactors HXM Platform and EC Time Off is highly desired.
- 5+ years configuration experience in SuccessFactors specifically Employee Central, Position Management, EC Time off and Business Rules.
- Experience with at least one SAP Full life cycle implementation.
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience in functional analyst/project lead role positions for HRMS implementation.
- Strong business process knowledge, SAP SuccessFactors configuration, development and E2E Integration Testing skills.
- Extensive hands-on functional design and configuration experience, including detailed specifications for user exits, utilities, interfaces, reports, etc.
- Proven functional analyst & lead experience with ability to drive designs that balance business efficiency, system performance, security and compliance.
**Other Qualifications**:
- Responsible for solving sophisticated problems; design, configure, test and implement solutions for the SAP SuccessFactors.
- Analyzes business needs, document requirements, and translates needs into functional, non-functional and/or technical specifications.
- Performs analysis, and evaluates downstream business, systems, process, and/or interpersonal impacts.
- Analyzes the process to be implemented, defines system requirements in terms of system capabilities and configures Employee Central, Time off, Business and Accrual Rules.
- Maintains a high level of functional proficiency regarding standard SAP SuccessFactors configuration and keeping current on SAP trends & future improvements.
- Collaborates with internal team members in order to achieve desired end-results on complex problems by delivering scalable business process solutions.
- Plans and assists with oversight of testing processes and activities including defect identification and resolution.
- Advises business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem.
