Must be authorized to work in Costa Rica, El Salvador or Colombia to apply.**Responsibilities**- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.- Analyze marketing leads by channel by leveraging Excel and Microsoft Power BI.- Report on web traffic from all social media channels and engagement levels- Make action-oriented recommendations to senior management with the goal of transforming our marketing and sales strategies.- Build and continuously evolve cohesive Social media listening framework in line with organization strategy- Identify KPIs and drivers of customer behavior. Proactively develop and report findings and recommendations to senior management.- Validate, mine, and join data from multiple internal/external sources including social media- Perform analysis of product sales and market trends to project future growth opportunities and competitive positioning.- Review marketing expenditures/budgets and make recommendations to improve investment returns.- Create Power BI dashboards for use within the Marketing Department and by senior management.**Required Experience and Skills**- 2+ years of experience in Business analysis capacity (marketing, advertising, and social media experience preferred) with a command of the terminology, methods, strategies, and fundamental metrics used.- A clear understanding of basic financial, statistical, and economic concepts.- Advanced knowledge of Excel with an in-depth understanding of pivot tables and Excel functions; strong knowledge of other interactive data visualization products and business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred).- Familiarity with data warehouses and relational database systems.- Strong experience with SQL.Polished communication and interpersonal skills -** a minimum of C1 English speaking ability**- Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive needed to experiment and then implement change.- Ability to act independently; proactively developing recommendations based on data exploration.- Degree in Business/Business Analytics or a B.S. degree in a quantitative discipline such as Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics.**Nice to have Skills**:- Experience with social media management tools, like Sprinklr, one direct, meltwater, etc.- AWS experience including database experience with PostGres and/or Redshift**Perks**:- WFH (5 days).- Medical Insurance.- Corporate Udemy account.- Flexible Time.- Tech Talks.- Career Path.- Recreational Company Activities.- High-end equipment (Lenovo laptop, dual monitor).- Social Program (HitCommunity).- Company Awards.- Much more**Are you curious already?**r3yYupLMwe
