Key job responsibilities
- Running reports and analyses with guidance and supervision from a manager.
- Providing written recommendations to leaders based on data analyses using Amazon's writing principles with close support from a manager.
- Pull the data needed with standard query syntax; occasionally identify more advanced methods of query optimization.
- Write queries and code in SQL.
- Takes part in influencing the analytical approach of the service.
- Works with stakeholders to define requirements and establish reports and dashboards.
- Data mining from multiple sources when not in one location.
- Automates/streamlines straightforward reports.
- Transforms data to a consistent format (ETL)

About the team

Be prepared to not only look at data, but to be able to transform that data into information, derive insights and drive decision making with it.
Inform stakeholders, senior leaders and managers about the data collected and your findings so they can take the right decisions with your data as their back up.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as mathematics, statistics, or data analytics.
- 2+ Years of relevant experience.
