We are seeking a **Business Analyst **to join our team.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Drive Scrum team's prioritized requirements as the Product Owner
- Collect, define and translate business objectives and distribute to a Scrum team
- Create detailed and understandable requirements, tasks, support functionality till production
- Interact with a team to organize product development, deliver product vision and functionality to the team
- Backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories
- Collaborate proactively with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers and Teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs
- Coordinates and prioritizes development activities within team while partnering closely across teams
- Work closely with Product Management to understand business requirements
- Work closely with Engineering leadership to understand the non-functional technical needs
- Work with team on business and technical decomposition of work
**Qualifications**
**Required**:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Business analyst/Product owner
- 3-4 years of experience in Agile software projects roles
- Upper intermediate English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Agile and software development methodologies
- Ability to create clear requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN)
- Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimization
- Strong attention to details, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
- Solid understanding of Agile, UX and design
- Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessment
- Understanding and ability to identify the customer need
- Communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and other Stakeholders
- Good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Good negotiation skills
**Desired**:
- Experience with Healthcare domain
- Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
- Technical background - understanding of object modern programming concepts, database design principles, etc
- Experience in pre-sales activities as BA, experience taking part in or leading workshops
