We challenge you to take on complex analytical responsibilities within multiple transformational programs and enhancement projects in Western Union.
You will act as a bridge between business users and technology groups transforming their needs and requirements into functional specifications.
You will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement, developing and implementing appropriate solutions.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will document business/technical requirements, manage and track the success of the implementation throughout the project lifecycle, and communicate statuses and updates to stakeholders.
You must have an eye for detail as you map business processes to technical capabilities, thinking through processes to avoid potential pitfalls.
For this role, it is preferred that you have experience in Technology or Financial Services industries in an analyst or similar role and have a degree in IT, finance, or business administration fields.
Be fluent in spoken and written English (81%-B2+) language as you'll have to work in large multinational global programs related to the transformation of business processes, IT systems, or implementation of business initiatives.
Showcase critical thinking and good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks.
Experience running queries, using data to aid with analysis, and presenting results in an easily understood manner is vital to this position.
A history of supporting successful projects is desired.
You will have the ability to work with various tools, systems, and methodologies, so experience/certification with Jira and other IT systems, Lean/Agile methodologies would be beneficial for this role.
