Business Analyst (Model N)
**BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst & Development (Model N) for a REMOTE Opportunity**
**Position Title: Business Analyst & Development (ModelN)**
**Location: REMOTE**
**Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP**
**Expected Duration**:24 Months Contract**
**Job Type**: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA)
**Pay Range: $90/hr-$100/hr (Negotiable)**

**Description**:
The analyst will participate in requirements gathering, design, testing, training, implementation, and post-implementation support of an enterprise implementation.
Manage Hosting Portal and Comprehensive services reporting.
Post implementation, the analyst will work directly with business users and the hosting partner to design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements, fixes, upgrades, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications.
**Required skills**:
- 3+ years of experience as a 'ModelN' Analyst
- Knowledge of 'ModelN' modules based on OOB configurations
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of a CRM system
- Ability to read Java code to troubleshoot and trace issues
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work with importer and methods of 'ModelN'
- coming from a semiconductor background will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Rosettanet is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- Solving business problems in an analytical way
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
- Providing training and support to clients on how to use 'Model N' products and services
- Knowledge of revenue management, pricing, or contract management concepts and best practices is a plus
