Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Application of Agile and DevOps concepts within an APT.
- Stabilization and transition of developed/deployed functionality to support teams.
- Ability to work across multiple projects/features simultaneously in teams with other System Analysts and Developers.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate across multiple organizations and geographies with strong interpersonal and/or teamwork skills a must.
Qualifications:
Should be strong in communication, ability to learn and understand our business and software we support, good listening skills with ability to restate to check understanding; experienced in communicating to end user of computer systems to help solve customer issues.
Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Following existing templates and workflows.
Ability to own and drive the effort, manage work with project coordinator.
Monitoring of ticket system
Testing (understand how the app works)
