BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years' experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 4+ years' experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 4+ years of relevant experience as Business Analyst and should have handled atleast 2 projects.
- Experience in working with case management and agile tools like JIRA.
- The ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- The ability to deal with ambiguity and a changing environment, as well as a rapid work pace.
- A proven track record of being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to scope technical requirements and prioritize

For those with experience and an interest in global benefits implementations, this role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute their experience and passion to a quickly scaling global HR systems.
This individual will be part of the Benefits System Admin team within the Benefits Operations Services (BOS) organization.
Benefits Operations team is the administration interface between the employees and the benefits providers.
It includes a comprehensive set of services to support benefits program launches, build awareness among employees, and enable frustration free delivery of benefits.
- Monitor the overall progress; anticipate risks, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
- Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and negotiate the trade-offs needed.
- Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
- Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.
- Understand how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and work with QAEs to build approaches that fit the overall strategy.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans while monitoring and reporting on test execution.
Key job responsibilities
To work with various internal stakeholders in gathering requirements.
To prepare BRD documents and work with tools in driving the requirements.
To work with development teams in getting design documents created, review and sign off on the documents.
To prepare UAT test cases and perform UAT.
To manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
To drive end to end requirements to release of each request.
To be strong at verbal and written communications, ability to create strong documentation (SRD,BRD, Release notes) and ability to explain the requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
- 4+ years of experience in program or project management
- 4+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - BA/BS degree in computer science, business, statistics or related field.
- Project management, Process Improvement or Quality certifications desired.
