**Job Description**:
- Critiques customer specifications.
Develops and executes project plans including program flows.
- Develops mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
- Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.
- Makes technical decisions on project direction and program processing using modeling specifications and techniques with advanced decision tree segmentation.
- Serves as project manager for program scheduling, operational personnel and departments.
- Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
- Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
- Assesses client business requirements, positions company products and solutions.
Identifies new business opportunities and shares information with internal and external clients.
- Supports other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments as necessary.
- Prepares and processes program billing.
- Provides technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4-5 years Customer Service related experience.
Good knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.
Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles.
Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
Excel Intermediate
Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good organizational and project management skills.
Good understanding of FCRA and Experian business rules relative to CPMS batch products and services.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good knowledge of all CPMS batch products and services.
Coding experience preferred.
