To do this we employ 'big-thinkers' and 'can-doers' that share our purpose #uniquelyexperian**Responsibilities**- Critiques customer specifications.- Develops and executes project plans including program flows, with an emphasis on mortgage, housing and property data solutions.- Develops mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.- Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.- Makes technical decisions on project direction and program processing using modeling specifications and techniques with advanced decision tree segmentation.- Serves as project manager for program scheduling, operational personnel and departments.- Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.- Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.- Assesses client business requirements, positions company products and solutions.- Identifies new business opportunities and shares information with internal and external clients.- Supports other team members by reviewing programs and documentation and making technical adjustments as necessary.- Prepares and processes program billing.- Provides technical consultation and expertise in the design and implementation of client programs.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years Customer Service related experience.- Good knowledge of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.- Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles.- Knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.- Excel Intermediate Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.- Good analytical and problem solving skills.- Good organizational and project management skills.- Good understanding of FCRA and Experian business rules relative to CPMS batch products and services.- Excellent customer service skills.- Good knowledge of all CPMS batch products and services.- Coding experience preferred.**Additional Information**:Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours.
