Position: Sales Management Support, Business Analyst (ELA IB Quoting Team)
Business Analyst I - WW Sales Management Support (WWSMS)
Main Responsibilities and Duties
This position will have the main responsibility to provide accurate and on-time delivery of the assigned work with regards to ELA Install Base (IB), primarily supporting Deal Management and Sales teams.
He/she is responsible for deliverables on GTM Shared Services quoting process, primarily responsible to drive faster deal closures by providing Advisory support for the sales/DMT organizations.
Should have deep knowledge of the Service Contracts and Install Base.
He/she will be working closely with the GTM Shared Services stakeholders to address issues and will ensure that business needs are being prioritized and SLAs are met.
This position will have the main responsibility of providing accurate and on-time delivery of the assigned work with regards to quotes and overall sales support responsibilities.
This position will include the following responsibilities:
- Efficient preparation and processing of ELA Quotations in collaboration with Sales Account Managers or Deal Management team, with specific focus on:
- Tracking and maintenance of Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) in support of quote creation and delivery
- Identification of Entitlement Account number(s) for inclusion in the creation element of an ELA
- Reconciliation of completed Installed Base (IB) report to Customer Records.
- Liaison with various internal teams to ensure efficient processing and approval of quotes.
- Analysis & identification of potential Installed Base mismatches
- Participation on Corporate and local projects as necessary
- Deal Operations query management
- Delivery of requests volumes within the established time and quality, as defined in the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Escalation and remediation of data challenges with data integrity teams that impact the quoting process.
- Inquiry and ticket management resolution based on sales operations, sales, DMT, or channel service requests.
- Availability to work extended shift during quarter end period
- Manage special requests which require additional expertise, time, and attention.
- Collaborates and engages closely and focused on day-to-day operations and E2E deal management support.
- Builds and manages relationships with immediate business stakeholders/internal customers of our operations.
- Works closely with the rest of the global team members supporting the IB Advisory processes to look at best practices, operational excellence, and process standardization.
- Should have an excellent understanding of the process and identifies and proposes process efficiency ideas and solutions to problems/opportunities.
Required Knowledge and Abilities
- Bachelors degree is preferred, and/or 2-3+ years of industry experience in an operational environment
- Experience on task prioritization, workload and escalation management
- Experience with and feeling comfortable working across global teams
- Should have exhibited accountability, ownership and decision making capabilities
- Strong database and MS - office skills.
Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidance
- Good communication skills, organizational abilities, tasks prioritization and proven attention to detail
