Description for BA-I:**(this role is NOT remote)****Role Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:- E2E understanding on Quote to cash process- Work with business stakeholder for resolution and support- Support Quarter End and month time timeliness- Ability to work on projects and lead them as part of additional responsibilities- Provide support with queue management- Be able to provide support on escalations- Support with reporting and other activities- Able to participate in business calls**Skills/Knowledge desired**:- Business acumen- Customer orientation- Execution- Improvement and innovation- Decision Making- Analysis & presentation- Excel level: Intermediate- English: B2+**Other requirements**:- Organizational Skills:- Good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.- Experience in working with Global teams is a plus.- Advance level proficiency in MS office.**- Other mandatory requirements**:- Cross-functional collaboration experience to drive shared goals.- Detail orientation is imperative.- Flexible to working in shifts, extended working hours & during weekends, in case of a business need.
