What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
During the first 6 months in the role, you will familiarize yourself with the various software Renewals business offerings (Perpetual, SaaS, On-Prem… Etc.,) Getting up to speed on the end-to-end processes and tools that are used to drive accurate and timely Renewal's business.
The creation of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) will be a key deliverable.
Owning the process from content definition with sales leaders through to compiling the data and providing clear insights into the health of the business.
Within 12 Months, you will be expected Business to work with process SME (Subject Matter Expert) Driving collaboration, turning requirements into operational processes, evaluating, analyzing options, and driving targeted actions.

• The primary responsibility of the Business Analyst role is creating the Renewals Pipeline, managing the Forecast/Exclusion process • E2E Opportunity Management and ensuring 99+% KPI success rate, Reporting & reconciliation of bookings/orders/opportunities, Improve & maintain account and opportunity data hygiene • You will work with Sales, Geo Business partner as well as our outsourced sales function, in reviewing deals in Salesforce.com, making necessary adjustments to deal value, stage, closure dates, and other attributes ensuring accuracy and accountability of the numbers as we progress through the quarter • You will provide valuable, actionable insights on the business through standard reports and dashboards to leverage, but in certain cases help define and build to manage the complexities and changing nature of the Renewals business • Post each quarter-end you will work with the Management to define and produce the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) deck to present to the sales leadership team.
This is a critical process and checkpoint throughout the year and the information and analysis are reviewed at the WW level.
A passion for accuracy and being able to analyze and interpret large volumes of raw data are essential pre-requisites • As Business Analyst role is part of a global organization, the expectation is that you will work collaboratively with your colleagues and peers in other geographies to leverage best practices, maximize resource utilization and stay focused on standardization, automation to drive operational efficiencies improved user experiences for our sales teams • Provide critical business insight based on business acumen and data analysis, be able to identify issues, and recommend meaningful and creative action plans • You will be the go-to person for all Opportunity Pipeline and Forecast-related questions.
Execute and manage all types of "Line of businesses", maintain SLA and adhere to compliance guidelines and Renewals Business policies • Manage all quarter-end-related activities including readiness control tasks and reporting • Create and develop Standard Operating Procedures, uphold documentation (Knowledge Management) integrity What is the leadership like for this role?
