**Job Description**:
- Assists in the development of mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
- Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.
- Serves as project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.
- Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
- Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
- Provides technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.
- Provides user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years Customer Service related experience (Client facing projects).
- Solid experience in Boolean Search/writing SQL queries.
- Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Understanding of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.
- Knowledge of PC office software tools.
- Excel Intermediate.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Coding experience a plus.
- Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers.
- Must be able to clear the company's pre-employment screening.
