**Job Description**:
- Provides technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.
- Assists in the development of mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
- Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.
- Documents the specifications for all batch programs for client review and approval.
- Serves as project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.
- Ensures instructions to internal processing teams are clear and complete.
- Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.
- Prepares and processes program billing.
- Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
**Qualifications**:
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2+ years Customer Service related experience
- Knowledge of PC office software tools
- Excel Intermediate
- Good understanding of Boolean search logic/queries for SQL
- Excellent English, both oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Coding experience a plus
