Job DescriptionAssists in the development of mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.Serves as project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.Conducts final quality analysis on programs, reviewing accuracy of output.Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.Provides technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.Provides user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems.QualificationsQualificationsAssociate's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field2+ years Customer Service related experience (Client facing projects)Solid experience in Boolean Search/writing SQL queriesExcellent English, both oral and written communication skills.Basic knowledge in generating process documentationUnderstanding of systems capabilities, software platforms and processes.Knowledge of PC office software tools.Excel IntermediateGood analytical and problem solving skills.Good organizational and project management skills.Strong customer service skills.Coding experience a plus.
