**Business Analyst (Remote)****Heredia, Costa Rica**SGF Global is looking for a Business Analyst, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.**Overview**:The IT Business Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or undergraduate.- 3-5 years of technical experience.- Experience in problem analysis and process documentation.- Experience with Microsoft office suite.- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.- Knowledge of SQL (preferred).- Experience analyzing and presenting complex data Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability Six Sigma Certified (preferred).- English C1.- Full time (8h).**Duties and Tasks**:- Devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects, and any related improvement initiative.- Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops, and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas.- Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.- Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires mínimal direction and receives guidance where needed.- Follows established guidelines/procedures.
