Business Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively work with IT and other partners to facilitate the end-to-end delivery of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes through the multiple life cycle stage (from Initiation to production release)
- Map and document key SNP processes and collaborate with partner organizations to highlight dependencies and risks
- Exercise judgment and discretion to develops solutions, remove obstacles, and redefine approaches.
- Proactively work with business management / stakeholders to roadmap business strategies.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions to satisfy business need.
**Requirements**:

- 2 years of Leadership experience managing cross-org level engagements.
- 2 years of supply chain/finance/planning experience.
- Advanced education or APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) or equivalent certification in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with the stages of Robotic Process Automation life-cycle*
- Experience with waterfall and agile project management.
- Knowledge of Total Change Management (TCM) methodology and tools.
- Experience with Power BI
