A Business Operations Specialist (BOS) works collaboratively with the account teams including Business Managers (ABMs), Account Executives (AE), Financial Analysts, Delivery Leads, Sales among others to implement account-related business operational and governance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency, to drive effective communication, and promote process standardization.
**Responsibilities**
The BOS drives effective account business management by:
- Monitoring operational systems such as: Salesforce, Insights (Power B), SAP (invoicing).
- Ensuring invoicing accuracy through good data mapping and contract knowledge.
- Assisting in account forecast, SFDC hygiene, procurement follow up and account planning.
- Providing support for account and stakeholder meetings, including set-up, communicating, documenting, and tracking actions
- Managing ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for the account.
- Performs other duties as assigned by AEs to advance account operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work under mínimal direction and have a good understanding of the AE business processes, and portfolio requirements.
- Act as a liaison between account and support groups, using advanced communication skills to respond, document, analyze and validate account requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s Degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance.
- 3 years of work experience in the field or related areas.
- English proficient. Fluent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to handle most unique situations.
- Strong Excel skills: creation of pivot charts, reports, use of formulas and dashboards.

- Financial and analytical skills

- Metrics, reporting and performance management
- Basic SAP knowledge
