BUSINESS ANALYST (HYBRID/HEREDIA)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
- Working on the given assignments related to various Pricing Programs (Ex: Subscription purchasing program, Hybrid Purchasing Program etc.)
- Contribute towards relevant to the pricing programs
- Day-to-day management of purchasing programs related activities
- Contribute towards Documentation of different processes on OnDemand basis
- Contribute to the Testing & Roll-out activities of existing/new pricing programs as needed
- Co-ordinating and working in liaison with globally spread out team members and other functions.
- From an operational perspective, the Business Analyst I must proactively interface and co
- ordinate efforts with corporate, clearly understand responsibilities for execution, diligently document processes, Ensure on-time, accurate and consistent delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 to 5 years of industry experience in Finance/Marketing area in an Enterprise Software business or an ISV or a Technology company
- Experience in Pricing domain would be preferred
- Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Dashboards, SAP BI tool, SFDC would be an added advantage
- Possess good understanding of common business processes in Finance & Marketing
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to learn business processes quickly
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple, competing priorities simultaneously & effectively with cross-departmental teams and driving conflict resolution
- Deal with a high degree of ambiguity
- Multi-task, Be Detail oriented, Organized, Team oriented, Business and Process oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g.
Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Advanced Excel Skills are welcomed
- Educational Qualification: Graduate + (MBA would be an added advantage)
