**About the Role**:
The
**Strategy & Operations Coordinator** will work hand-in-hand with the Territory Team to continuously fine-tune, complete and track progress on the initiatives for your Territory, doing fast-paced, agile work to drive local metrics and results.
This is a significant role bringing together a three-sided marketplace and optimizing the merchant delivery process.
This role calls for a combination of
**data analysis**,
**critical thinking**, creative
**problem solving**, strong
**execution** and
**interpersonal ability** to work with multiple partners from across the business, including Central Operations Team and Commercial Teams.
**What You'll Do**:
- Develop, optimize and execute city-specific **processes** or **campaigns** needed in addition to national ones, to allow the business to efficiently operate and realize growth
- Track and supervise week-over-week progress on **key territory metrics**, providing adequate internal transparency and problem-solving (**deep-diving** and coming up with **creative solutions**) upon necessity, to help drive efficient and cost-effective growth to our platform.
- Shift your focus between **User**, **Merchant**, and **Courier** operations within a specific area / city, according to the priorities at each moment
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to assist city, geo and **expansion efforts**:
- Own responsibility over various relevant tasks that must be executed sharply and fast
**What You'll Need**:
- 2+ years of work experience in startup, strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, engineering or a variety of other specialty roles with proven track record in quantitative fields
- Data-driven decision making ability and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking
- Experience problem solving, prioritizing and deconstructing complex problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to get along with internal and external partners
- Analytical mindset - analysis of courier, merchant and user metrics to ensure high-quality experiences
- Self-starter and collaborative, get into the details, go above and beyond, and draw out the best in people
- High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly.

Can build up skills and knowledge fast
- Outstanding Excel/Google Sheets data management skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- SQL proficiency is strongly needed.
R | Python mastery is a plus!
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker
