Develop JIRA templates, and complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme, and notification schemes in JIRA
- Creation of JIRA APIs and webhooks
- Provide recommendations to various lines of business on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within the Atlassian Suite
- Research and provide recommendations on Atlassian products, plug-ins, and roadmap features for future enhancements to support business objectives
- Create and design complex Jira workflows including project workflows, security schemes, screen schemes, Jira vocabulary, and permission and notification schemes
- Maintain a governance plan for JIRA and Confluence
- Create and configure metrics, dashboards, reports, and advanced filters in JIRA to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
- Facilitating plugin research, procurement, testing and implementation
- Support the rollout and onboarding of new teams to Jira Service Management
