In this role you will analyze end to end business activities to determine where improvements can be developed. The Analyst will leverage tools to develop best-in-class operating functions that reduce overhead and decrease sales cycle times.**Responsibilities**:- Lead delivery of transformational projects that build efficiencies during the customer lifecycle- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and enhancement areas in business processes- Gather requirements and create documentation that can be leveraged across the organization- Handle all CRM related functions including regular maintenance, workflows, reporting and upgrades- Provide performance reporting and oversight for top tier clients- Drive research and analysis of business needs to ensure the solution effectively optimizes sales resources and facilitates ability to scale- Implement production metrics utilizing a variety of tools to evaluate client utilization and overall system performance**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of related experience- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL and JavaScript programming languages- Process automation understanding to design and propose efficient solutions for internal processes- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to articulate complex requirements- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Excellent organizational and project management skills- Familiarity with AWS, Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog and CRM with intermediate complexity.
