Business Analyst

Core purpose of role:  data management, analytics and reporting of project resources management files , including proposing of new solutions to store, control and analyze the information.  Specific key accountabilities:  The business analyst is responsible for: Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather business requirements  Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand headcount and resources needs.
Proposing and designing technical and process solutions to meet business needs Creating clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation  Developing and documenting headcount requirements data log current and future states  Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to ongoing optimization efforts  Business analysts are often a key link between the project manager and users, and their role is crucial to any project team.
Assisting with project management and partnering with project managers to achieve key milestones  Own the Headcount data base and drive the update and interconnexion with data providers Change control management for the headcount data base Key success measures: Requirements accuracy: How precise and complete the requirements gathered are  Project alignment: How well the business analysis aligns with the project's goals  Stakeholder satisfaction: How satisfied stakeholders are with the analysis process  Decision impact: How the business analysis contributes to informed decision making
