Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other quantitative fields such as Mathematics and Statistics
- Experience in an analytical role with the ability to interpret data, build reports, analyze results, identify trends or patterns in complex data-sets and maintain real-time dashboards.
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Experience with visualization technologies such as AWS QuickSight or Tableau and a demonstrated history of learning new systems quickly
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analysis role.

As we increase automation and transform existing HR processes, Employee Services will need a strong Business Analyst who can own and execute data-driven initiatives to build scale, efficiency and positive customer experience.
As a Business Analyst, you will support Employee Services in making high-impact, data-driven decisions.
You will operationalize a proactive mechanism to monitor compliance performance metrics in Screening Services space for our employee population.
You will work with Program Managers, Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Engineers and senior leaders to understand business requirements and will transform them into analytical requirements & robust solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
Understand Background Check process and grasp how the global screening compliance use-cases vary.
- Translate requirements into business rules that can be queried from our Datalake
- Deploy queries (mostly SQL) to build Data/Reports/Dashboards/Analytics etc.
as required.
- Reconcile reports with disparate sources of data (Excel reports from vendor portals) outside Datalake.
- Visualize results of ad-hoc and recurring analyses in the form of graphs, charts, tables and scorecards
- Serve as a data quality advocate with regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting
- Summarize written findings, publicize results and engage with senior leadership as appropriate
- Perform data-mining and analysis using tools including PeopleSoft (Oracle), MS Excel, Amazon Quicksight, and Amazon Redshift.
- Identify trends and recommend opportunities for improvements.
- Experience in HR Operations, Background Checks, Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, etc.
- Analytical mind set and ability to see the big picture and influence others.
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explain complex solutions.
- Technical expertise regarding data models and data mining
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data-sets (Excel, R, Python etc.)
