**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Strong technical skills in web and mobile development technologies.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as BPMN and UML.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**This will be considered a plus:
- Certification in Appian Business Analyst and Scrum Master.
- Experience with database management and querying using SQL.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Teams, and Trello.
