Business Analysis Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Junior to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica.
**General Duties**:

- Define the scope and objectives of moderately complex projects through research and inquiry combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry standards.
- Analyze business customer needs, document requirements, define and analyze improvements, and obtain test cases.
- Identify system problems through user acceptance tests UAT/QA - Testing and develop solutions; tests systems to ensure projects meet requirements.

**Must have Skills**:

- Ability to manage assigned tasks, expectations and maintain key relationships across global regions and multiple countries.
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred)
- Strong team orientation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
**Nice to have, but not required**:

- Knowledge in the management of change processes for the implementation of new technological systems or improvements in them.
- Knowledge in Reporting & Data Analytics as PowerBI.
**Education Requirements**
- Bachelor or student in computer science.
- Basic-intermediate level of English
