The Oracle Partner Manager will be responsible for driving Cloud Tech revenue via the Oracle partnership.
To ensure OCI is the partner of choice for Oracle customers.
The Business Alliances Manager(BAM)will be responsible for working with key stakeholders such as sales, pre
- sales, delivery, marketing etc.
to identify competitive differentiators, grow pipeline and to create propositions alongside marketing activities.
**Delivering against specific targets**
Executing against annual business plans with ambitious goals and clear KPIs that will drive growth for Cloud Tech LOB working with sales to grow Oracle revenue, consumption, working with the practice to achieve specialized certs etc.

**Marketing**
- Work with Oracle Cloud Tech LOB and the partner's marketing team around go-to market plans and propositions
**Qualifications**
- High level of knowledge of Oracle is desirable but not necessary
- Organizational, project management and execution capabilities
- Commercially aware, you will be supporting salespeople on partner related opportunities
- Team player, able to work closely with functional teams such as marketing, sales, pathways, and the delivery practices
- Results focused - ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve stated goals
- Adept at building great relationships by being a proactive, responsive, strategic resource
- Resourceful, creative, and able to find innovative ways to achieve results

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals.
Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.
Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards.
Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.
Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity.
Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.
Prefer 5 years of related experience.
Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
