Let's talk.**THE ROLE**The E-Commerce Accountant will own the responsibility for the entire finance function of the organization. This will include; quickbooks maintenance, supplier payments, financial reporting, inventory reporting and month-end close using Quickbooks.This role will require at a minium of 10-15 hours per week, however will grow as the business continues its period of high -growth**Some specific responsibilities include**:- Day to day management of quickbooks- Cashflow management including cash flow predictions, managing payment schedule & coordinating payments with suppliers- Weekly & monthly financial reporting- Month-end close using Quickbooks - creating journals including; revenue receipts, inventory & cost of sale adjustments- Inventory Reporting- Documentation management- Other ad-hoc financial related tasks**What you bring to the table**:You must be a high-performer, & comfortable working in a performance driven role:- Hold a relevant qualification in bookkeeping and / or accountancy- 3 years experience as a bookkeeper / accountant, preferably in a start-up or other fast-paced, high-growth company- Experience of working with Quickbooks Online- Intermediate to advanced excel skills and impeccable attention to detail- Track record of getting work done on time, every time- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions without a lot of oversight- Process orientated - ability to follow set procedures whilst suggesting improvements & thinking intuitively when required- Resourcefulness - ability to get the job done to a high standard with limited information- English - Fluent- Amazon and/or E-Commerce experience a plus- BONUS - if you have experience of supplier / supply-chain management in China**Work Schedule**- This is a virtual job - working USA hours- You will need to be available for weekly meetings.- 15-minute huddles will happen 3-5 days a week with your team**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: ¢3,900.00 per hour**Experience**:- Quickbooks: 3 years (required)- Bookkeeping / Accounting: 3 years (required)
