World Network Systems is a fast-growing, dynamic company that provides an innovative, high-quality and cost-effective employee engagement experience.
We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team and help us grow.
- Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and payroll processing.
- Process monthly invoices.
- Manage system with Quickbooks
- Prepare and process payroll for the company's employees.
- Process accounts payable invoices.
- Prepare and process payroll tax returns for local government entities.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Manage account s with vendors
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:

- Quickbooks
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (analyzing spreadsheets, formulas, etc.
)and Word (using formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think outside of the box to solve accounting problems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ¢10.00 - ¢11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
