Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Main responsibilities:
**Billing**:
- Running daily transactions (US & Canada) in order to allow the release to accounting of billing documents
- Reviewing blocked billing documents and addressing them for a properly resolution.
- Correcting specific issues affecting billing documents to allow the release to accounting.
- Creation of reports and lists with stuck billing documents to be addressed.
- Performing monthly reports that will support accounting adjustments.
SOX controls for Canada, GCS & US (REC015).
- Complying with different SLA's and KPI's defined under your scope of services.
- Providing assistance during internal and external audits.
- Participating in stakeholders meetings.
- Executing the billing output monitoring process.
- Updating output fields.
Also as part of the role it is expected that tasks of **VSRM **process are supported and executed:
- Setting up new VSRM users.
- Maintaining existing VSRM user profiles (roles management, passwords reset, personal information, etc.).
- Removing VSRM user profiles.
- Adding roles at sold to level.
- Setting up new Delegated Visitor Administrators.
- Participating in stakeholders meetings.
- Supporting the team in achieving the goals and building an atmosphere of cooperation.
**Requirements**:
**Basic Qualifications**:
- University studies in related area of business in progress
- Fluent English.
- Experience with SAP System.
- Experience performing SOX Control
- Previous experience related to billing, order management or OTC processes.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Detail-oriented
- Enjoys working with operational processes.
- Highly client service and quality-oriented mindset.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
- Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented person.
